Claudia Nef
Claudia Nef is Tae Bo Basic Instructor since May 2010 and Speedball Instructor since April 2011. In July 2011, she has spent two weeks in Los Angeles, where she was trained by Tae Bo Master Trainer Jude Lee. Besides that, she works with children and teenager in the local sports club.
